Federal

  • Weingarten rights

    Federal

    The right to union representation in investigatory interviews that could lead to discipline.

    You may request a representative before and during a qualifying investigatory interview. Recognized under NLRB precedent.

  • Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

    Federal

    Job-protected unpaid leave for qualifying family and medical reasons.

    Eligible employees may take up to 12 weeks of job-protected leave for covered reasons.

    Protections and reasonable accommodations for employees with disabilities.
